All that preparation and hard work has led to this “it’s really about to happen” moment. Those late nights, early mornings, and every hour in between has led to this.
As a creative, I love what I do. So, working hard is somewhat easy. But sometimes, getting to the finish line can seem like it's forever away. When will I get "there????"
I'm learning, though, that "there" sometimes arrives sooner than expected, I suppose because time flies when you're doing what you love. My goal now is to be prepared whenever "there" gets "here," because it always does. I need to keep doing the little things. Keep learning, growing, developing. Keep doing what it takes to get "there." Keep going so that when "there" arrives, I can say without fear and in all confidence ...
